Layout i made for practice - hosting layout

Hello there... I had nothing to do and so i made the following template. It could beu sed as a hosting template. Also, notice that it is small than most of the hosting layout, it is because i am trying to make it as different as possible... I really appreciated all your comments... btw here it is:
