There is two good things ive got,
1) the domain which will cost him my $120 to get back
2) full clientexec license ( which i asked them to remove the domain host-addiction.com from there server when he de-admin me, which was funny because he started to loose)

Smack Head Show: Don't let it worry you. He is obviously a pretty stupid person to done that becuase he probably knows that he won't get away with it.
ClientExec licence, It is good to see that you were able to keep that.
I agree it doesn't matter about his age, And there are no such Kiddy Hosts. As said, It could have happened to anyone, anytime, he was just unlucky having it happen to him.
You could actually be a successful host - you just have to do everything right and advertise enough - just like dave and bryan did with Brius.

When I signed up for this host. I sent the money to "smackheadshow" because he said his site was having problems with paypal. So I sent the money to his personal paypal.
Mind you that I am still within my 30 day money back guranteed, and he refuses to pay me back
