Doughboy, I would stick with only 8 entries on the main because 10 kinda makes the site uneven.

hmm maybe instead of a page that just says "you entered an incorrect pass or username" maybe there could be a popup, or maybe you can be redirected back to the login page and see red text that states "you entered an incorrect pass or username"
