Old  403 Error - Only when macintoshed

hey everyone,
having a bit of an annoying problem. Recently I got a macbook and have slowly been making the transition to this. My big problem is that whenever I upload a .html file I've edited on my mac (whether it's in Coda, or TextMate) I get a 403 Forbidden error. I don't have a .htaccess file, which was my first thought.

If I edit the file on my toshiba laptop it works fine.

I'll also add that locally hosted on the mac it works fine.

I've FTP'd the files through two different programs (Cyberduck and transmit).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jeff

This could be because you are trying to convert the code into a file that only Mac knows how to read. I am unsure though, I have never/will never own a Mac.

The CHMOD was fine. And no EffectiveDesigns, it's .html.

Anyhow, the issue has magically disapered... weird.
