WebDesigner Needed..

I have a website up and running.
Its about Cakes for wedding and other occasions.
I need a completely new look (a nice artistic design) for my site, including:
1.) An inbuilt paypal cart system!
2.) Custom Feedback and comments form for every individual product.
3.) A nice way to present each product.
4.) A properly built Contact Us form.
5.) DO NOT change the logo.

I could redesign your whole site and make it look awesome but I am just a designer and wouldnt be much help with the coding aspects of things
