Give me an idea ill give you $50!

Hello! I'm the owner of a website, and I need a few ideas to make more revenue. It is an "Icon" site, which are 96x96 pixel display pictures for forums, MSN, IM, and such. It has a user interface, so users can submit icons, a small icon creator, tutorials, contests, and things of that sort. The site is:

I just need a few ideas to begin improving the site. The person who submits the best idea I will give $50 to! Via PayPal only!

I do believe $50 is enough for a user to at least look through a few pages of the site and see what it has already, if not please correct me. I also do not want ideas on "ads" e.g. placement of ads for better revenue.

For Starters you should emphasise on the Following.

- Make 2 Versions of the Avatars - One Watermarked and other without them for $1.00 or something.

- Keep the Avatar List Updated.

- Keep the Design Attractive, but make sure your Site is fast to load. Use .GIF Where Possible. Currently I Personally think its quite DULL. Add more Icons to the Newest Editions. Kindly like a 3-Column page would look good.

Just my thoughts.

- Inbuilt randomizer so they can pick their favorites and customize them and then have a single link that will automatically randomize the icons they want.

- Add option that random images can be linked to something if they want, like 3 icons, one wordpress one vB one phpbb forum of their own. and the images randomize wit links to those locations when using HTML or UBBC.
