hey. thats a nice portfolio you have there.

the only thing i would suggest is changing the fading hovers. when you hover repeatedly over the elements, they keep flashing

function() { $(this).fadeTo(320, 1) },

changing that to

function() { $(this).stop().fadeTo(320, 1) },

should fix it. change all the elements that have fadeTo in them
