ProxySly
I finally got the design for ProxySly coded (kindly by Thomas at Code-Friend aka White Line). It's nothing spectacular but cool enough for a proxy site and completely unique.
http://proxysly.com
I still gotta do some bits like add the accordion effect for the options tab to hide allow them to slide up and down, other than that though, pretty much done.
C&C welcome.

Looks nice. Needs some more padding on the address bar, the text slightly overlaps the bar on the left.

I like this, I would have done the center gradient a different tone of blue though. But overall its a great concept. Good job.
And yeah, putting   does bugger it up. Use css and put padding: 2px;
Or whatever px you think is best. You could have used flash for the header aswell.
Now that flash is easily extendable, using the same background etc.. you could have some building windows flicker or something. I think that would be more 'wow' sorta speak.

Great idea having proxy in the name! /sarcasm
What's the point of having one where it will be banned from all of the school servers which is the audience you are targeting?
Nonetheless, it's a great design for a proxy. I love the skyscape, though I'm confused on what it is supposed to represent.

It's too image heavy, a proxy site needs to be quick loading and easy to use.
