Hello my budget is pretty high for now since i recently got my birthday money

What I need done
I have a custom flash player that i made myself, nothing too high techy, but i like it, now we all now that youtube doesn't work on proxies, so what i need done is that a proxy that will replace the youtube player with my own player.
my budget is $200-$899.

Also
Maybe like iFilm where there is an ad before very video.
