GSIV help needed for expanisons

Need help on expanding GSIV client raster map based api.
Have gone to a point but time is running out on project.

Willing to pay for proffessional help.

U must know Advanced OO javascript for cross browser support.

It was an image map viewer needed markers on it. Gave it to another contractor. thanks anyway.
