The slanted text needs to go, as mentioned before. It has improved, the structure is certainly much better!
Keep going, im sure it will be a very nice template once finished.

Can you explain in easy words that what does slanted text means?

The orange, green, and blue do not flow well together. You want a site that is easy on the eyes yet colorful enough to catch the eye.
Three really bright different colors is not the way to go. Looking forward to updates.

Thanks for the suggestions But I'm not planning to change the color scheme as most of the people agreed on the color scheme.

Your text such as "submit" and "top 10" is at an angle, leaning to the left. It should be straight.

IMO much too simple. But with a bit more effort into the header it could be decent.
