I've never had a vendetta against Microsoft, yet I dont like Internet Explorer, or WMP, because I've tried other products and realised that they ARE better..

yeah,I don't have any problem using I.E. so far, but I'm also not against any other browsers.I've used all kind of browsers...I.E., Mozilla, Opera...bla bla...and people are talking about the difference in loading speed.I don't actually see a huge difference really. I guess it depends on personal preference.
Mozilla is very useful for a web designer like me because it has a tool to validate CSS & HTML. Most of the time I use I.E. to surf, but when I'm working I used all kind of browsers to test my web design, making sure it can be viewed by different users.

You're saying what everyone else has been saying, but when they switch to Firefox they never look back.
So, I recommend you make the switch, and you'll probably never turn back, like the rest.

i'm hope i'm safe to assume you don't do web developement? otherwise . . this is like commiting yourself.
FF: - renders coding properly -- bad developement is easily spotted and when it's broken, it doesn't try to render it anyways.
- built in pop up blocking. -- i would download FF if all i did was use it to get tabs from mysongbook.com
- tabbed browsing -- i always have more than one thing open
- it has the google bar so i don't need to open new windows
- skinable
- doesn't have IE's image toolbar
IE: - lets me see how my stuff will look to the majority of people
guess who wins?

IE, cuase it doesnt matter what you use. It's your audiance. IE still retains a 90% share of the market for general computer users.

Wouldn't it still work the other way around? If 90% of people used FF, people would still add fixes for IE. Anyways, that's almost the same as saying 90% of the population doesn't know how to spell properly, so i'll write my book with spellings that are easier for people to understand. It's like using Nee instead of Knee.

It's good for you, yes, but theres something better.
I mean,
If you used a 300MHz PC and it did everything for you, you wouldnt know the difference, and would use it fine. if you somehow tried a 4GHz PC, you'd probably be amazed by it, compared to your other one..
Firefox is like that. :P
Just try it and you'll see how held back you've been. :S

Hmm, I'm with Rob on this one, I just don't know what to do. I like Opera, nice sleek look, what makes it less then Firefox? I haven't voted yet so the options are still open.

I've got to say, I used Internet Explorer since the beginning, until 3 months ago, I switched to FireFox. IT'S AS SMOOTH AS A BABYS BOTTOM.
