Looking for a high quality web-designer

Hey there,

I'm looking for a high quality designer for two projects I'll be implementing this Summer. It would be useful if the designer could also put the design into wordpress, along with integrating a couple of wordpress plugins (which I already have) seamlessly.

Get in touch asap, as I'm looking to get these off the ground. The budget per site is around mid-high $xxx for now, but would like to hear from everyone.

It would also be good if the designer had some illustration skills for one or both of the sites.
