It's an owned license just it's already been transferred not too long ago so can't be done again yet.

Your owned license can NOT be transferred because you have to wait 12 months! This means you can't sell it even if you give your login information.

If you just give your login information to the buyer, you still are the owner of the account and can claim it at any time.

Mods/Admins, please close this topic. The owner is violating vBulletin's Terms of Service by doing this.
