I'm currently selling this incredible layout that was originally purchased for my own web hosting business, however I've decided to get out of the business. It was designed by Dan of Loadingdeck, and was sold to a web host that eventually went out of business, and then sold to me with full rights. This design features 10 fully (css valid) fully coded pages, logo, and all icons. The design also uses php includes headers and footers for easy editing. The original client paid $700, and then I purchased it for $400.
