hm, unsure, cause i can just pick up "astereo" as my scammer name, scam someone then YOU get a tarnished rep

I would suggest if you do so, include more information about the person but DO NOT, I repeat bold and clear DO NOT include any personal information in the eye of the public.

@mmorales - It will be moderated and checked for accuracy. The submit form won't just be "enter the name of the scammer" because it would be abused and used in the wrong way.
@Jeff - I'm still fine tuning to include and what not too, but it wont be personal information

Good luck getting sued for libel if you're not very careful about exactly what you say (or don't say) about the "scammers".
