  Old  Cooking CMS

Hello,

No No, This is not what you though

I'm proud to be the owner of http://temptingbites.com which has grown from 5 uniques per day to 100-150 uniques per day which is purely search engine traffic and little adwords campaign which is now out cold.

I'm getting 80% bookmarks from the traffic and they keep coming back for the recipes. I think that I need to start working on this thing to make money at most. Currently , I'm generating $2+/Day with this baby.

I'm going to custom code everything and design a fresh attractive new design.

What features would you like to see in a cooking website?

Regards,
Muhammad Haris

Most recipe websites I visit tend to miss out one or more vital pieces of information which greatly contribute to the final outcome of the dish. I'd like to see some recipe's and culinary potions that don't miss anything out!

And of course, a new design

Make sure you include alternative ingredients into your recipes so that when people go to make them, if they don't have the specific one and there is something they can substitute it for that they know what they are.

I would re-design the site. I have seen a few food related templates going around, and some of them are very beautiful. Good content + good design = Very Good website. It would be cool if there were more pictures of the foods, the history about them, etc. I'm glad to see the site has become such a sucess!
