SEo is not something you do in a night. You will ALWAYS have to work at it. some sites I have been working at for over 9 years to try and keep the SEP

Yeah - agree with you there. Anyone who wants to do well in the SERPS has to constantly work at it. As soon as you rest on your laurels, then it won't be long before you more dillegent competition overtake you.

So far as my exp the Google Adwords and Email Marketing are the best effective ones.
However if we have small ad budget then FREE posting is the good choice untill we get sufficient amount and knowledge to do the paid advertising.

for SEO, i think i never finished doing it..but maybe in order to improved my site it take me more than years.
