I dont think it is very serious, i probably over-exadurated the scale of the problem. The most surprising thing is, i dont need to wear glasses! Allthough i do have to strain my eyes when in sunny places unless i wear sunglasses (which is strange as i should be used to light glowing in my eyes)

I am very unfit for my age, i HATE all forms of sport (why chace a ball around a field like a dog... ) However i am not obese

Edit: i just realised i am talking about myself too much...sorry

For my age Im unfit, I have chest and heart problems, my back is terrible and lately a knee injury is persistent in causing me pain.

I dont do any sports, I have awful eyesight, and I drink quite heavily when I go out. I don't eat any vegetables, apart from potatoes and I live off junk food and coffee.

Hands up who thinks I'll die before I reach 30!

My desk is too much of a mess right now (loads of business agreements piled up on my desk). Plus... I can't find my usb cable for my camera (I have two of them - and I can't find either of them at the moment lol).

I'm probably worser off than most of you....

In high school I was a 3 year Varsity athlete (Basketball, Volleyball, Softball). I have a bum knee, bum ankle, bum wrist... In 2001, I tore a ligament and muscles in my back (I still can't walk around a store without having to lean over a cart -- I can't stand or walk for any length of time really -- so exercising doesn't happen all too often). I've had 2 children... and can't afford a gym membership. You would never know I use to be athletic 7 years ago, sadly...
