[Website Coder] [Quote Needed]

I am looking for a quote from a Professional Designer that can start a site and follow to completion. I will be able to produce the graphics, and follow the layout, all that is needed is a coder that can make a site similiar to this : http://www.talkxbox.com/ I would be happy if it can alos be based on a CMS of some sort, to be easy to edit,[e.g Joomla], Its going to be a gaming orientad site, with basically news flowing threw, which includes videos,pictures and basiccally what youd find like on Kotaku or any other gaming site, but much smaller as a start. You will be designing the website whereas you need the coder to code the design and integrate into a CMS probably Joomla?

Yeah joomla would be good.
