Hosting/Domain For Webmaster/Design

I am looking to create a new community with a friend, and I need a domain/hosting and in return for this I am willing to do my Webmaster Service (for the length of the hosting period) and 3 designs (wordpress, web templates, community, banner ad etc..) (.

What I'm Looking For:
1 .com domain
Reseller Hosting (at least 3gb space 5gb bandwidth, cPanel, FTP, WHM, unlimited addon/parked/sub domains, unlimited email accounts/forwards, linux operating system)

What I Offer:
Webmaster Services (1 webmaster, for period of hosting)
3 Designs (wordpress, web template, community design, etc..)

Also, i know my designs arn't great but if what your looking for is something simple, effective, and still nice at the same time, I can do it. I just don't tend to take my designs and make them all like amazing as I am more of a simple man.

I can provide the reseller plan you listed in exchange for a design maybe.
