Some are nice solutions, but 99% of them are ones that have already been said and discussed, even some that are being worked to be done or fixed.
He basically just formed the opinion "I dislike Julian as an admin, so let's tie it with some of these other ideas we've all discussed already. that way it sounds better!"

That's why maybe 15% of the whole post is about Julian?

This isn't a hate site or hate thread, it's feedback. If you don't listen to people and ACT, then the community will dissolve.

Yes. Fortunately forums shouldn't be run based on personal concerns. If a staff member is considered a problem then it should be discussed. I've talked to numerous people here who agree that Julian is a terrible admin. Since this forum is powered by the members and not Julian, I think it's valid to discuss whether or not he's helpful on the staff.

"Step 2. Discuss staff decisions with other staff extensively before deciding"
Actually, there was a 20 page debate and discussion over the staff picks.
Good points, though

All of my opinions are my own. I think you're confused on what "mob mentality" means.
Edit: Just thought I'd add how funny it is that kids with absolutely no balls to say what they think needs improving on this forum all the sudden get an opinion when they get green.

Sorry, I just assumed from all the inter-staff debate in the public forums about staff decisions that it hadn't been discussed enough.

That is the point. You are only seeing what a select few people have felt needed to be drug out in public.
I don't comment on things until I've heard both sides; this I have heard both sides on, and I feel I can comment objectively.
