I am 'new to the site' (joined today) and would like to post a freelance job for a programmer. Do I have to wait until I have 10 posts BEFORE being able to post a job. Any suggestions on how I can get the job posted today? This is the reason why I joined your site. Appreciate any feedback you can provide.
