150$ Unique Template for sale, vector.

SPECIFICS:

- Price is 150$
- Comes ONLY with vector file as XAR (A fully functional trial of Xara Xtreme is available here ). With the file you can do ANY modifications.
- Header can be modified for free but if it maintains the same theme, not a full re-design.
- Coded plain html
- UNIQUE meaning that will not be sold again.



TERMS:
- Coding will be plain html, optimized for fast loading.
- The coding will be processed after the payment is made and the entire package will be delivered within 24 hours.
- Payment using PayPal or Credit Card via Xoom only.
- No additional work will be done except if additional payment arrangements will be done.

Most People dont use XAR, And prefer PSD.

Most people Prefer Paypal.

I dont know much about XAR, but from the looks of the layout, definatly not $150 matieral, but it is very nice..

If I had to guess, that is why there is no interest, but Good luck with the sale nevertheless.

What makes you say it isn't worth $150? This is what you beleive because you see everyone underpricing their work. This could easily be worth $150..

Nice layout, few things here and there could be worked on, but nice overall.

Appreciate the comments! As much as the worth of the layout is a very subjective matter, here are few comments:

I can take PayPal so that should be no problem. (fact) As for the file format, XAR is in many ways superior to PSD when it comes to DESIGN. PSD is superior to XAR when it comes to photo editing. (my 2 cents)

The coding is included in the price. (fact)

Surely you don't believe that? People don't underprice...

People price their work according to the industrys current rates. Due to competition, unless people are very talented designers - rates automatically decrease - therefore it's not 'underpricing'.

$35 is underpricing.. I rarely see uncoded designs and stuff go more than $200 (and that's vB skins) on any of the forums I visit.

Andrew, a design, psd or whatever, is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Who says that it should be more than $200 if not one will purchase it at that price?

You know, I really don't have any intention of purchasing this template, but I'm sure ypson and anyone interested in buying it would appreciate that you don't comment otherwise. Pricing can be discussed on a different post.
