I don't think this will do much for your chances of getting an in-house job: "Please holla at me for more info".
Other than that, very nice. Simple and to the point.
EDIT: Major divitis going on with the code. Get that sorted. Also, it doesn't validate.

I'm not looking for inhouse work, looking to work for a design agency.
It's important i express myself on my portfolio, because if they don't like me, the way i act, words i use then I wont like them.
It's a employers market right now, but im happy freelancing untill i can find the right agency for me.
I'll sort the code out when i get time, only a few bugs

[sarcasm] No I just put them in my portfolio for no reason [/sarcasm]
P&OCruises, B&Q and customflights are the only companies were i've worked in house designing for them/there websites. The rest are either freelance or working as a freelancer for a design agency.

Edit: For some reason i thought i was in the gallery forum so if you would like me to remove the following them please say and i will pm it to you. Sorry.
Hey, sorry Peter can't say i really like it that much. Ill try and justify why i don't like it so you can take it how you want. First of all the for hire speech bubble, I dislike the font a lot and also think it sticks out a bit too much. This links with me thinking the design is a bit too much to the left and thin. Doesn't really attract my attention when there is so much whitespace to the right (negative whitespace? I was never up with the terminology). As the design is quite narrow and very left heavy i get the feeling the design is cluttered and squashed, my eyes also just look straight to the middle and actually find it harder work looking to the left at the column.
I like the simple style, the resume style almost with the blue font for peter avery and even the mobile and email sections. But just below that is another part i don't really like. I just find the next heading and paragraph just quite awkward really, to look at and to read.
I like the work in the portfolio but not the layout so much, due to the narrow column used i find the previews quite small and so overall not that impacting and impressive. It doesn't grab my attention just seems a little boring. Some text to break the monotony of a list of images would help. Whether each image was title in some way or had more space around it and some text to the right with a sentence or two describing the work. Just something to stop me completely glazing over the work.
You've done some impressive designs i just feel this portfolio lets them down a bit. I don't mean to just insult your work and i hope it doesn't come across as such, but i hope it is constructive enough for you to understand what i'm trying to say. I just don't think it does the work justice and there is certain areas where it could be improved.

Immersion, I've taken all of your comments on board and thanks for a detailed review. The for hire button is suppose to stick out, but this portfolio is mainly to land me a longer term job and it's worked as far as I'm aware (landed this job) Like i've said i've taken it onboard and i will use your constructive feed back on a future portfolio. cheers dude

Can you prove any of those portfolio items? I might hire you if you can.
