Need someone experienced with Zen Cart

Hello,

We are running an old version of Zen-Cart (1.3.0.2) for our wholesale business. There have many upgrades since then and I assume there would be a substantial benefit for us to upgrade.

I am looking for someone to upgrade our site for us, and make sure all our mods, functionality, and appearance/formatting work afterwards.

I would also like any suggestions for improving the site.
