We are a private placement financial assets investment management company in north America, company name is: WEST WELLAND. We need a logo now. The logo should be dignified and generous, colorful, and impressive. The logo should be suitable in financial, investment and assets management industry. It can also be used in advertising flyers, business cards and commercial. The major part of the logo is the shape of house in the attached picture, not just put some simple geometric drawings together, and the company name should be put below or in an appropriate place. Of course, if there is any better design than the picture we provided, we will appreciate it as long as the logo meets the intension of financial institution.

Requirement:
1. Please provide the logo design, and attach business card design with the logo on it. Once we choose the satisfied work, we need you to provide your revisable source file. Maybe we need you amend it properly. The work must have its copyright; it should NOT be similar to existed trademark.
2. The logo you designed should be coordinated with the style of our company website to be built. (company website uses white as background color, black and white hue)

Other:
1. Once we choose your work and pay for it, we will have the intellectual property rights of the work completely.
2. If possible, we hope to work with the same person or company for our website in the future.
3. The compensation is $100--$200 according to your design.
