Ok, I don't know what happened in dreamweaver, but it put my site to this.

See how it's expanded on the whole page? It used to be fit.

So that fixed my problem, thanks btw.

But as I'm coming further down the line, I get this.

My navigation overrides my banner, I really don't know what to do in this situation.
