That site normally gets good reviews from everyone but the person I am trying to help.

ps. I always research the keywords before linking to that, the answer to the question is the first link of the first page.

That is true, but it is generally found annoying when time is wasted pointing someone to google because the answer would take 2 seconds. We do like helping people, but we do not like reinventing the wheel.

While this is a lengthy article, this is the best guide I've ever found to asking questions online. This is a very comprehensive guide to asking the right questions the right way so they get answered fast. Or just saving yourself the time and searching google:

I don't mean this to be rude, I am honestly trying to help you. It will save you a lot of time down the road.

whenever i do have an issue on something , first i try to figure it out by myself , then i look for informations on the web and THEN i post a forums if after hours i still haven't find any clues on how to solve the issue

I don't have a problem with helping the other , and neither with thread about asking help , but i do expect people to , at least, have a look on the internet before opening a new thread
