Outsource back office?

Has anyone here used a service like MyBizOffice to outsource your back office (billing, collections, taxes, contracts)? [ http://www.mybizoffice.com ]

A friend has recommended it but I'd value some other opinions.

How much time do you spend dealing with the business side? Personally I'd rather be working (billing hours), so it sounds pragmatic to me . . .

Sorry, I don't know anything about them. I'm not at that level yet, but I think outsourcing is a great idea. I would definitely look into it if my operations grew to that degree. Use a search engine and look for reviews of the company and see what people have said about them and other companies. Just because they work for your friend does not mean they are the right company for you. Good luck.
