I think you are being very optimistic about the price of it. Sure you had some success with the first auction. But I can't see it yielding the same sort of response this time around - given how many 'skeletons' have been exposed.

That marketing rights reserved condition is just absurd. If I'm considering investing money into the purchase of this forum, there's no way on Gods green earth I'm going buy it if I have to agree to three conditions which could potentially drive whatever traffic I inherent and draw on my own, to another competing site.

There's no sense in that. It's akin to me buying a Burger King and sticking signs in it that say "You know where there is a good place to eat in town? McDonalds".
