Old  [Buying] Grey Cobra clone (Almost)

Well, i need a clone of Grey Cobra basically. I want all the same features, but i want it to be different then grey cobra. I 'CAN' do the design for the website i really just dont want to, all i really NEED is the PHP script with admin CP, linked login with the website/forums (Use the same account for both the website and the forums, etc...) a tutorial script, that displays tutorials, allows people to submit, and if they submit it it sends an email to me, and i have to accept/decline it, plus i need to be able to edit/remove any tutorials. Also i'd like a rating system with a 1-10 rating on the tutorials, also a Website Template display area, that allows me to submit any templates i've made, set a price, etc.. So i KINDA need a GreyCobra.com clone, but i want it to be somewhat different and stand out, not look the same. Please offer your price for the whole job, one WITH Designing website, and one price estimate with only the coding. Also, i can't pay a whole lot :P But We'll see. I wasn't sure what this job was worth, so you guys can post your bids

What's the most you can do in order from Top priority, to least priority.

1.Tutorial CMS Customization (Just customize the current Tutorial CMS i have, as well as rebuild the admin script to fix all bugs, and add a login system, that i have control to create/delete users who can login)

2.Link the login System from the website to the forums. (Basically use the same account for the website as you do the forums, use the forums for the CP, and make it show How many PM's you have, on the top right of the main page, etc..)

3. Designing/Customizing a PHPBB forums (Or IPB, depends) to match the main webpage.

4. Coding the website 100% or at least customize a few scripts, such as News.

5. Design the actual website.

I can't go over..Probably 100 ish. I'm not 100% sure i can go that high (At least not now, til i get paid in 3-4 days..) But is there ANY other services, or ANYTHING at all I could help you with, use instead, or ontop of payment? I know I'm asking for alot.. But the most i could help you with money wise is give about 50% from all website earnings (Google Ad's, etc..) Until i pay off the total ammount? I plan on adding quite a few ads into the site, that blend well, Because im planning on adding quite a few tutorials to many many tutorial websites (Pixel2Life, Good-Tutorials, etc...) I saw this one guy who had a new website, submitted like 4 tuts to a few places, mabye only P2L and got over 6000 unique hits in a month.

Please think about it and mabye show a few examples of your work?

Wow, I have never seen someone ask for a clone for GreyCobra :P

May I suggest looking for premade scripts that sell in the $25-100 range? It does not sound like your budget will be able to cover the asking price for a *similar* site, where as a premade script might.

Maybe someone is willing, so goodluck :P

I've been looking into it...But I absolutely don't want to spend that much without being able to use a full demo of the admin CP, etc..
