I like it, although I think it would've been better if you hadn't recycled the sidebar from another template.

It just doesn't fit right when the left side content flows passed the sidebar. You should set it to 100% height, so the background repeats, and hits the footer div. Looks odd ;(

Otherwise I like this one.
