First of all...

The brown and the blue DO NOT MIX. They aren't flowing together, and just seem to be pretty random. The colors have potential, but not with the way you've blended the two.

The layout seems very..."loose". There isn't anything that ties all of the pieces together, and the content area is nothing more then a blank space. There isn't anything visually grasping about the layout, and everything is more or less floating, and it just doesn't work for me...

I like the idea of the structure for this template. However when put into practice it does seem "loose" as oneimedia said.

The colours need adjusting, maybe ditch the brown, brighten the place up a bit

all the blue is the content, the preview shows the design after it has been clicked, and more info is displaying about that product, I see what you meen by the colours, thanks for coments. Ill work on it somemore tomoro.
