  Old  Looking for Programmer/Coder

This is for a company i work with
I am in need of code that will take a database of over 500 questions randomly select a set number of them and ask the person the question with 4 possible choices. The program would then need to compute the score and allow printing of both questions asked and answer selected and percent correct. Information does not have to be saved the hard copy print off is what would be filed. This would need to work in Internet explorer with back button browsing disabled or it would void the test. Asking for quotes at the momment.
