Yes dan should of clearly won, this is very unfair and unethical to accept a bid AFTER the ending time.

well, I wasn't really going by the clock on this forum. It is a bit messed because for example right now it is 8:11 by my watch and so I never did trust it.

before I was typing the messege saying "auction ended" I thought dan had won, but when I posted the reply, nica beat me to it so I edited it to nica instead of dan.

This auction was a bit rigged I suppose, it was my first time ever doing one, please give me a break . I did not exactly get what I wanted out of it either... 85$ for 30 layouts... not very good on my part, but I'm dealing with it so I hope that Dan, you can build up the guts to just deal with it and dont worry, there'll be more layouts for sale eventually so keep your eyes peeled, but probably not auctioning them anymore.

Be careful, we will have to accept your reasoning, but be warned this is very unfair on Dan. He won the auction, but there is now no way to turn this around.

Sorry Dan, it was a very close call, too close for me to go around dishing out bannings etc. A stern warning for Ro_Maniak is all I can do. If it happens again like this then Ro_Maniak will be permanently banned.

It comes to my attention that nica sold the 30 layouts to Dan for the same price, so he saved me on that one, thx Nica.
