What do you mean by drawing?If you are talking about the Graphics design, then Photoshop can be the best tool for this.Its a very good tool to improve the creativity of your mind.Its helps to add new innovative things to your design.

I'm not too digital with my drawings, mainly because I don't have a tablet, so I just pencil out everything and use Adobe Illustrator to ink it. Then I color in Photoshop.

Agreed 100%.. Illustrator is the only way to go
it's a little more difficult without a tablet though (in my experience).. so do yourself a favor and save up for a tablet. You won't regret it

I prefer Photoshop
I have used Illustrator but is more difficult that is why I prefer Photoshop

I don't know how to use illustrator but I know that is the program you want to use for drawing/illustrating. I use photoshop.

Paint Tool SAI and PhotoShop. These tools are great in drawings.. but of course, it's best if you have a drawing tablet.
