Old  <b> vs. <strong> for SEO?

I was wondering if one of the two helps with SEO more, if so, which one?

doesnt matter seo wise just really coding wise. if your looking for coding that is small and compact go with "<b>" if you want it to be big and heavy duty go with "<strong>" thats what I use.
