Exchanging Links

Hi

I recently created a website for my portfolio at: <a href="http://www.25hourdesign.com">http://www.25hourdesign.com"></a> and I was hoping that there would be others here he would want to exchange links.

I just looked up on google that one of the criteria for a site to be indexed would have to LINKED from another relevant site after it has been established. So, I'm hoping that other designers would be interested in swapping links with each other on this thread. We should talk this over on IM.

I'm leaving my IM contacts, please feel free to leave your contacts on this thread, as well if you feel like swapping links. Hopefully we'll talk soon.

Also if anyone else can clarify how linking from other sites helps with the spiders indexing sites please do. I'm still mystified by that. Thanks again!
