  Old  Assistance with Wordpress posting...

Not sure if this is in the right forum area, but here goes...

I have a wordpress site that is serving as an online swap place for people to sell there unwanted items. I decided to use wordpress to handle it, and although it works how I want, and I am getting decent traffic, I find people are having a hard time creating their post, and an even harder time posting an image with it. I have posted a how to video, written instructions, etc, but it hasn't helped much. Is there any way to make posting an articel along with an image even easier than wordpress has made it? I know for web designers and such, it is very simple, but for the average person who wants to sell there crap, they are not interested. Any help would be appreciated!

It doesn't get a whole lot simpler than WordPress. Have you checked for plugins that might make this easier?

i remember there is a wp plugin that imitates fb status posting. so ordinary users need not login to your backend, they can post messages and pictures from the front-end just like in facebook.

the fewer the wp plugins, the better - each one you add makes more vulnerabilities in your website when it comes to security, potentially

Well there are good plugins out there but you have to keep them up to date.
