Please Note; I'm not very reluctant to do custom work without recieving some payment up front. I have now had my time and effort wasted four times just this week with people getting me to design templates then deciding they don't need one anymore or have no money.

Yup... It's very hard with random clients.

Unless you hit it big and are dealing with big corporations, then you're just dealing with Average Joe's across the internet that can dissapear on you at any second.
