  Old  ASP.net problem

That happens with every asp.net program I publish, the current code is the VS (not VWD) default code. Whats going on?

If it matters, its asp.net 2.0 C#, it was made in visual studio 2005

Are you referring to the error page? Follow the directions on it to see what's really causing the exception. (i.e., turn Custom Errors off). Once you do that, you'll see what the actual error is.

I cant enable them apparently, but it works perfectly in debug. There is no code to error over, its just the default template.

have you tried deploying a compiled site? When you build the site this way you often will get errors thrown, which don't allways arise when debugging.

Have you tried a simple asp.net page on the server, can the server process asp.net pages?

I know this is an older thread but I noticed a config error.
Where are you hosting this site?

And what is your actual error message?
