  Old  Unreliable People

Wow how frustrated I am.. I hired a coder about 3 weeks ago to code a design for us (Dave Sherrat) which said he will be done in a week, when the day came, he suddently dissappeard... I said ok, we'll find someone else. Then we found Bainzy which was even worse, saying lies like "My friend got in an accident" 1 hr before the site was suppose to be up. He wasted another week of the project and we still havent launched. Bainzy blocked my partner and I, I registered a new hotmail and added him and guess what? HE WAS ON. I did get pissed and said some mean words but he deserves more than mean words.. He lies, wastes peoples time and thinks he can get away with it. I really want to warn people who come across this kid to be careful, be very careful.

Now lets hope I found a reliable coder.

I seem to find myself in the same rut with coders as well. I think it's time for some new quality coders.

It will be good if you give us his username in here and MSN so that we are all aware of not hiring him.

Well that's one of the benefits of going with an experienced coder with a contract. You pay more this way, but it's like everything else; you get what you pay for.

When I take a job I always give a time guarantee. In other words if I don't finish when I said I would, you only pay 50%. I do this to reflect how serious I am about deadlines. I've not missed one yet.

I don't believe in up payment either , they dissappear after getting the advance money.

ntract is 'must'.
