Artico's New Portfolio!

I'm a bit confused about what you are asking? This is going to be for my portfolio as far as being an artist/designer/developer etc... The old artico portfolio design I had is long gone if that's what you meant. Matt Price is my name so that's why I used it as the title.

It's really nice Artico, I was expecting a fully decked out portfolio site from the topic title but at least you made it somewhat clear with the bold, red post script that it's just a splash at the moment.

I actually love the non-grunge version with a solid background much more than what you have on the site at the moment. If you're going to grungify it, I'd knock out some of the shapes rather than just add a grunge brush stroke on top of the design. My only minor gripe is that it doesn't actually tell me what this site is! Sure you have your name, "my portfolio" and a contact area but it doesn't tell me if you're a graphic designer, web designer, both, neither... you get the idea. Just a couple words under your name inside the white 45 degree bar would solve that. Finally, it's a pet peeve of mine so don't listen if you don't want to but, can you take out the full-stops (periods) after the text?

As you can see, only minor comments on a really nice piece of work.

Looks good, but the type would look better in one consistent color perhaps? I don't know but it doesn't look right to me as it is.

Looks great and that says "Graphic Artist" Great contrast also.

in my opinion if you get that flashed up with those meaningless tech animations it would look lovely!

The new grunge looks a lot better.
