You could try webmastersground.com they are a new forum so you would probably be the only seller, only downside it there also may not be much customers. I was able to sell a template there though maybe you will have the same luck

Isnt this kinda like going into a steakhouse and asking who else has steak? They would just tell you to go to the phone book (or google *cough* *cough*)

Well, it's wrong to come to a site that has a decent marketplace to ask for other places to sell your designs, but here's the list I use:
The major places are Talkfreelance, DigitalPoint and SitePoint to be honest. Talkfreelance and SitePoint are suited for high-quality stuff, whilst DigitalPoint is the place where you can post your junk and expect it to sell.

I've been bitten once there for $410, so take Village Idiot's advise.

most of the mentioned forums have all the same members. its just as easy to get scammed anywhere. DP just has a bad track record because its so big... there are so many new people that signup and offer stuff right off the bat.
generally i stick to the list that '6creations' mentioned. minus the clantemplates one... i also use dnforum.com and a few others.
