The Funny thing about staf...
I left this place about 2 months a go, I returned a couple of weeks a go to have a look round and to wish all a merry Christmas, I have browsed daily sine then.
When I left this place was doing ok, there was arguments and I could see why Big Zee brought in more staff, I didn't really see why he appointed those that he did but still, he did the right thing.
I return and it seems like a lot of staff members cause more arguments then they sort out, this isn't just about the Anthony thing, but about the staff in general, Julian is the main one to clean up threads after other Staff members fight with the members.
They handle situations stupidly, instead of letting discussion about them that might be "nasty" but true, they close the threads down instantly (See Jason's thread) now people think the staff members are stupid and think they are ban happy, instead of listening to arguments they get rid of people, they spend less time thinking then Paypal do.
Staff are meant to stop arguments... not cause them.

I've spoke to Big Zee so many times about this, particular staff members, nothing seems to be done, staff seem to be able to get away with talking in a certain way to members, just because they have a green or blue name doesn't mean they're ALWAYS right.

Thanks for your input everyone, All I ask for this discussion is not to point specific fingers to keep away from personal attacks.
Regards,
Jeff

TF made it like 10 days into the new year without an argument... lets try for 11 next year!

I like that fact that this is still open and discussion about the subject is being allowed.
Let's hope everyone can keep things civil and not act like children.

I closed your thread, If you read it from an objective viewpoint, I think you'll get why that was closed and this remains.
