[Seeking] Monthly Web Host

I don't know any company that beats their speed and costs. I have had great customer service and no downtime at all... took 1 hour to setup my account. Just thought I would throw that out.. but if you do signup with 1and1 can you please use this link?

But its not about speed and costs... its about reliability, support times, etc. I'm sure their great, but are they reliable to host software by third-parties without no problems?
