Description:
I am looking for a coder / designer that has the desire to work for a fast growing company with potential for regular pay increases based on productivity. Quality and Reliability is a must.

I would like to hire someone in the next 7 days.


Qualifications
1. Must be at least 18 years or older
2. Must be available 40 hours a week
3. Expert knowledge of PHP, HTML and have high quality design skills
4. Some on-call time to respond to emergency situations may be required.
5. US Only

Salary:
Based on experience - $24k min

Ino it says US only but i'm enquiring never the less.

I would jump to this, but I don't meet criteria #5,1. The pay is nothing amazing either (Only due to exchange rate though).

The US only part could be "up in the air" depending on who I find.

Also the pay is a min 24k, based upon experience.

And it's a well established company
