  Old  Skinning VB

Can someone please point me in the right direction to how to code (skinning I think its called) VB forum skins so they work on VB, any tutorials will be great, and maybe some information as the language I need to learn, etc?

There are no tutorials on how to skin VB, not unless they have popped up in the last three months.

That's an option in the admin panel.

vBulletin really isn't that hard to skin as long as you understand the concept of header / footer template files. That's the two most modified templates. Once you get that far you can change the colors of the rows, headers, categories, ect by simply modifying the css in the admin panel.

in order to be able to do any of that tho I need a vb license right?
any good tuts outhere or forums that will help

Yes you will need a vB license.

I know html and in the process of learning css and xhtml. any other languages that I would need to code vB?
so in order to be able to take psd design and code it to work with vBulletin i will need that vB license?
