  Old  Video Capture

Anyone know a good video capturing program. One with good compressor preferably. Also it needs to show the cursor.

I have used Fraps, and I could only get it to record in game footage. Although they may have updated the software since I have used it. Camtasia sounds like your best bet.

Macromedia Captivate is good for that sort of thing - it captures into Flash format and allows you to add captions, sound effects etc.
